Buscamos un(a) Investigador(a) de UX con sólida experiencia en metodologías de investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa, capaz de traducir hallazgos en estrategias que mejoren la experiencia del usuario y los procesos de diseño.

Educación y calificaciones

  • Licenciatura o maestría en Psicología, Antropología, Comunicaciones, Periodismo, Sociología o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia comprobable en investigación de UX, con dominio de herramientas y técnicas como investigación de campo, revisiones heurísticas, pruebas de usabilidad, evaluación comparativa, clasificación de tarjetas y prototipado de baja fidelidad.
  • Conocimiento de las fortalezas y limitaciones de cada método.
  • Deseable experiencia en diseño UX.
  • Habilidad para trabajar en entornos colaborativos, dinámicos y orientados a resultados.
  • Pensamiento analítico, creatividad y excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
  • Capacidad de gestión de proyectos, organización y trabajo tanto independiente como en equipo.
  • Se requiere portafolio que muestre trabajos previos.

Responsabilidades

  • Formular preguntas de investigación abiertas y no sesgadas, transformando problemas o hipótesis en experimentos comprobables.
  • Definir y ejecutar protocolos de investigación (entrevistas contextuales, investigación de campo, encuestas exploratorias, entre otros).
  • Recabar retroalimentación de usuarios sobre maquetas, prototipos o MVP, aplicando métodos cualitativos y cuantitativos (diseño participativo, pruebas de usuario, pruebas A/B, clasificación de tarjetas).
  • Realizar análisis comparativos y competitivos para complementar los hallazgos de usuario.
  • Conducir focus groups e investigaciones con usuarios internos y externos para obtener información relevante y accionable.
  • Elaborar informes de resultados, definir personas, mapas de experiencia y recorridos del usuario final o cliente.
