Automotive Regional Sales Manager
to support our commercial strategy and drive sustainable, profitable growth in Mexico.
What you'll do:
- Support and follow up the
national commercial strategy
in alignment with corporate goals. - Manage and motivate
direct and indirect sales teams
(including dealers). - Develop and strengthen the
dealer network
and key strategic partnerships. - Analyze
market trends and competitor activity
to identify growth opportunities. - Track and optimize
KPIs, sales performance, and commercial ROI
. - Coordinate with
Marketing, Product, and sales
to deliver a premium customer experience.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineer, business administration, international trade or related fields.
- 3-5 years
of experience in automotive sales operation in a corporate environment.
Other industries or higher experience than mentioned will be not considered. - Strong background in
new vehicle retail operations
. - Proven skills in
network development and negotiation
. - Strategic thinker with a sharp focus on results.
- English proficiency required for collaboration with global teams.
- Able to travel nationwide
