Are you up for the challenge?

We are looking for an
HRBP Sr Manager
to help us deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers. As a HRBP Sr Manager, you will work closely with leadership team to design and implement initiatives related to
IT, Digital Transformation, Marketing & CX function,
supporting business objectives while fostering a culture of excellence and engagement across the organization.

This role is ideal for an
agile, analytical and fast-learning
who knows how to drive exceptional employee experiences and align HR strategy with business goals.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Advanced English proficiency.

Experience

  • Previous experience as an sr HRBP, with knowledge of people processes or the development of HR strategies.
  • Proven track record in executing
    high-impact in corporate HR projects
    .
  • Experience in
    international or global companies
    is a plus.

Skills to Succeed

  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High integrity and strong work ethic; able to handle confidential information with discretion.
