Buscamos un(a) Ingeniero(a) especialista en Gobierno de datos, el cual será responsable de desarrollar e implementar un marco de gobierno de datos que garantice la calidad, consistencia, seguridad y cumplimiento normativo a lo largo del ciclo de vida de los datos. Actuará como vínculo entre áreas técnicas y de negocio, promoviendo buenas prácticas mediante políticas, herramientas y programas de capacitación.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Desarrollo e implementación de políticas y estándares al crear, documentar y aplicar políticas, estándares, procesos y procedimientos para gobernar datos corporativos
  • Gestionar la calidad y clasificación de datos e identificar, clasificar y establecer estándares de calidad para los activos de datos. Realizar monitoreo y establecer métricas de calidad.
  • Gestionar diccionarios de datos, glosarios, metadatos y trazabilidad para asegurar transparencia y gobernabilidad. 
  • Implementar controles de acceso, políticas de seguridad, asegurar cumplimiento con regulaciones como GDPR o similares.
  • Capacitar a equipos, difundir buenas prácticas y actuar como enlace entre áreas técnica y de negocio. 
  • Supervisar efectividad del programa, informar métricas y proponer mejoras en procesos de gobernanza. 
  • Ayudar a seleccionar el stack para automatizar, habilitar y federar el gobierno de datos
Requirements
  1. Nivel Intermedio-Avanzado de inglés técnico.(B1-B2)
  2. Entre 1 y 5 años en roles relacionados con gobernanza de datos, gestión de calidad o similares. Experiencia en herramientas específicas es deseable. 
  3. Dominio de políticas de datos, calidad, metadatos, trazabilidad, seguridad, privacidad y regulaciones aplicables. 
  4. Comunicación eficaz, colaboración interfuncional, gestión de proyectos y capacidad analítica
  5. Familiaridad con catálogos de datos (por ejemplo, Collibra), software de calidad o gestión de metadatos. 
  6. Experiencia en implementar planes de gobierno de datos y normativas como GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, Derechos Arco, etc.

Plus / Deseables

  • Conocimientos en bases de datos SQL (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) y NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
  • Experiencia con procesos de Ingenieria de Datos (ETL/ELT)
  • Uso de herramientas de orquestación (Airflow, N8N, etc)
  • Certificaciones en privacidad o gobernanza: CIPM, CIPP, CIPT o AIGP (este último lanzado en 2024 por IAPP). 
  • Familiaridad con normativas como GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA u otras relevantes al sector.
  • Conocimientos de AI Governance. Comprensión de gobernanza ética del AI, inclusión de IA en políticas y trazabilidad de modelos.
  • Participación en definición de roles, estructura organizacional y roadmaps de gobernanza.
