Zoetis Canada is looking for a high-performing salesperson to fulfill the role of Territory Manager, Cattle/Equine division, for West Central Alberta.   This is a field-based position responsible for creating demand for the Cattle portfolio of products by changing customer prescribing and dispensing habits and pulling demand from end users.

This position is an 18-month contract that covers West Central Alberta, and the candidate should reside in the territory.

The role is responsible for effective territory management and aligning their work with organizational goals and objectives to ensure that performance targets are met or exceeded.  Further responsibilities include:

  • Execute selling and marketing directives
  • Take the lead to ensure that promotional and commercial activities take place
  • Anticipate customer needs and concerns, and provide solutions
  • Proactively match customer needs to the value proposition associated with Zoetis products and services

The ideal candidate must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least 2 years of experience in direct sales and/or marketing experience.  Knowledge of dairy/beef and equine industry is a strong advantage for this role.

Zoetis Canada est à la recherche d'un représentant hautement performant pour remplir le rôle de Chef de territoire, division bovins et équins, pour le centre-ouest de l'Alberta. Il s'agit d'un poste sur le terrain chargé de créer une demande pour le portefeuille de produits bovins en modifiant les habitudes de prescription et de distribution des clients et en attirant la demande des utilisateurs finaux.

Ce poste est un contrat de 18 mois qui couvre le centre-ouest de l'Alberta, et le candidat doit résider dans cette région.

Le rôle est responsable de la gestion efficace du territoire et de l'alignement de son travail avec les buts et objectifs de l'organisation pour s'assurer que les objectifs de performance sont atteints ou dépassés. Les autres responsabilités comprennent :

  • Exécuter les directives de vente et de marketing
  • Prendre les devants pour s'assurer que les activités promotionnelles et commerciales ont lieu
  • Anticiper les besoins et les préoccupations des clients et proposer des solutions
  • Faire correspondre de manière proactive les besoins des clients à la proposition de valeur associée aux produits et services Zoetis

Le candidat idéal doit avoir un baccalauréat ou l'équivalent, au moins 2 ans d'expérience en vente directe et/ou en marketing. La connaissance de l'industrie laitière / bovine et équine est un atout majeur pour ce poste.
