Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for increasing production levels and managing the plant financially
  • Compliance with all Federal, State and local laws and regulations
  • Implement, promote and develop VPS activities with a focus on continuos improvement
  • Promote VPS training for plant personnel
  • Accomplish local job plan through delegation and appraisals
  • Maintain inventories, sceduling, costing and quoting of new / existing products
  • Start of new projects and business Units
  • ISO 14001
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining the EMS implementation: determine the organizational structure, allocate responsibilities and authorities, to appoint the responsible of the administration, periodic review of the EMS, and provide the resources and staff necessary to maintain the system
  • Quality:
  • Implement and enforce organizational policy
  • Identify problems and customer complains
  • Accomplish with procedures and work instructions of the quality management system and according to our standard IATF 16949
Qualifications:

Bachelor degree. Technical competence can be demonstrated by experience or according to interview with Human Resources or direct manager. A background in quality and or chemistry is desired.

English. (English level is checked in the interview with HR or the area)

5 years experience in quality fields.

Automotive industry experience is required.
