Perfil ideal:

Educación: Lic. en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Administración o afín.

Experiencia: 1 a 3 años en consultoría o reingeniería/mejora de procesos.

Conocimientos en diagramación de procesos (BPMN, UML) y análisis de datos (Excel, SQL básico).

Familiaridad con herramientas de gestión de proyectos (Jira, Trello, MS Project, Monday).

Deseable: experiencia en el sector financiero y conocimientos básicos de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).


Responsabilidades clave:

  • Levantar y documentar procesos (AS-IS) junto con el cliente.
  • Analizar y diseñar procesos optimizados (TO-BE) enfocados en eficiencia y automatización.
  • Participar en el análisis funcional y la gestión de información.
  • Colaborar con equipos y clientes para entender necesidades y proponer soluciones.
