Position Overview

We are looking for a
100% bilingual Call Center Agent
to join our team. This role requires constant interaction with
customers located in the United States
, providing high-quality customer service and sales support over the phone. The ideal candidate must feel confident communicating in
English on a daily basis
, as all customer interactions will be conducted in English.

This position is ideal for professionals with a strong customer service mindset, sales orientation, and the ability to manage multiple requests while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with
    U.S.-based customers
    in
    English
    .
  • Provide support regarding
    claims, orders, and customer complaints
    .
  • Perform
    telephone sales
    and follow up on assigned customer portfolios.
  • Ensure achievement of
    sales and service objectives
    .
  • Track and follow up on customer requests until resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as
    sales, logistics, and technical service
    .
  • Maintain accurate records in digital platforms and systems.

Requirements

  • Education:
    Bachelor's Degree (required).
  • Language Skills:
  • Advanced English level (B2–C1) – Mandatory
    .
  • This is a
    100% bilingual position
    ; continuous communication with U.S. customers is required.
  • Experience:
  • At least
    1 year of experience
    in customer service and/or sales processes.
  • Experience using
    digital platforms for buying and selling
    is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in
    Microsoft Office

    delivery/sales platforms
