About the Role

On behalf of our client, a global IT consulting organization, we are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support enterprise ServiceNow implementations and managed services engagements. This role is part of a distributed delivery team supporting clients across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, develop, and support ServiceNow modules including:
  • ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and CMDB
  • Support core processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Case, HR Case, and Knowledge
  • Provide application support for ServiceNow production and sandbox environments
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and portal enhancements
  • Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations
  • Migrate custom API integrations to ServiceNow IntegrationHub
  • Participate in ServiceNow release upgrades and testing
  • Follow ServiceNow best practices and platform standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
  • Experience with ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and CMDB modules
  • Participation in full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration and scripting
  • Experience with REST integrations and IntegrationHub
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to work reliably and independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

  • ServiceNow CSA or CIS certifications
  • Experience working in consulting or multi-client environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per month
