At nahnu we are looking for a ServiceNow Developer (Workflows) with the following specifications:
**Responsibilities**
- Designing and implementing end-to-end ServiceNow workflows using Flow Designer, Workflow Studio, UI Builder, and other related tools.
- Developing and configuring flows, sub-flows, spokes, playbooks, and other workflow components within ServiceNow.
- Integrating workflows with internal and external systems using APIs (REST) and other integration methods.
- Creating and maintaining business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and other ServiceNow elements to enhance workflow automation.
- Collaborating with architects, business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
- Maintaining documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- 3-5 years of strong experience with ServiceNow development in complex enterprise environments.
- 1 year of hands-on experience with ServiceNow's Flow Designer and Workflow Studio.
- 3-5 years of proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages like JavaScript.
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML) and API integrations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, inter-personal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in Agile teams.
- Experience with other low-code/no-code tools in ServiceNow like App Engine Studio is preferred but not required.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is a must
- Experience with various other ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CSM is preferred. Familiarity with ServiceNow Agentic AI, Workflow Data Fabric and Raptor DB is a plus
