Your Impact

As a Performance and Insights Analyst, you will:

  • Define, track, and evolve key performance indicators across Customer Relationship Management, loyalty programs, data collection, consumer engagement, and conversion.
  • Analyze campaign performance across journeys, emails, promotions, and first-party data initiatives, translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Identify trends and optimization opportunities across channels—including email, mobile notifications, and paid media—to improve activation strategies.
  • Build and maintain reporting tools such as scorecards, benchmarks, and post-campaign assessments to standardize measurement across markets.
  • Present insights in a simple, contextualized way that non-technical partners—such as brand, content, and Customer Relationship Management teams—can easily understand and use.
  • Serve as the analytical lead for the Direct Marketing team, contributing to quarterly reviews, forecasting cycles, and long-term strategic planning.
  • Partner with journey design and data activation teams to embed insights into segmentation approaches, consumer journey logic, and personalization strategies.
  • Monitor live campaigns to detect early performance signals, propose real-time adjustments, and support experimentation frameworks such as testing and uplift modeling.

Qualifications:
