We're Hiring: Customer Service Specialist – Insurance & Assistance

Location: Hybrid / Remote 
Monthly Compensation: $23,604 MXN + Annual Bonus
Position: Full-Time
Start Date: February 23, 2026

What You'll Do:

Deliver world-class customer service over the phone
Assist customers with travel insurance, rental car insurance, retail insurance, and medical assistance
Support customers with account-related inquiries and preventive outreach
Accurately document customer interactions, claims, and account updates
Build trust through a customer-first, empathetic approach
Handle complaints and escalations professionally
Navigate multiple systems while meeting quality and compliance standards

What We're Looking For:

English Fluency: Required
Customer Service Experience: Assistance, support, or call center experience preferred
Strong communication and de-escalation skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Proficiency with computers, including MS Word and Excel

Schedule Requirements:

Service Window:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 am – 9:00 pm ET

• Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 am – 6:30 pm ET

Training Schedule:

• Tuesday–Saturday: 6:30 am – 2:30 pm (Mexico City Time)

Compensation Breakdown:

Base Salary: $18,100 MXN
Savings Bonus: $2,353 MXN
Grocery Vouchers: $2,353 MXN
Restaurant Vouchers: $798 MXN

Total Monthly Compensation: $23,604 MXN
Annual Bonus: Up to $26,062 MXN
