IT Onsite Specialist:

Job Description and Requirements:

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide technical expertise to ensure all operations run smoothly.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for hardware and software issues.
  • Work on multiple projects in a multicultural environment.
  • Collaborate with multiple levels of business and IT management while running projects.
  • Interpret business requirements and develop technical solutions to internal and external systems.
  • Resolve user queries and optimize our technology infrastructure to align with business goals.
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and network administration systems.
  • Managing inventory for IT equipment and recommending necessary upgrades or replacements.
  • Conducting periodic system analysis and audits to ensure compliance with organizational IT standards.
  • Collaborating with other departments to understand technology requirements and integrate new technologies.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of demonstrable experience as an IT specialist or in technical support, system analysis, network administration, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and network technologies.
  • Knowledge of network administration protocols, firewalls, and IT security best practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders and assist users with varying technical proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team to manage IT projects.


• Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with IT help desk systems and ticketing tools.

  • Experience working with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks for IT service management.
  • Working experience with technological database management systems (SQL, Oracle).
  • Experience with mobile device management (MDM) systems.
