Overview First Brands Group is hiring for an IT Support Specialist On Site located in San Luis Potosí, Mex. The IT Support Specialist On Site will assist by Provide technical support in a Microsoft environment to internal users, ensuring the proper operation of IT equipment, applications, and services. The role involves handling incidents, configuring devices, managing user accounts, and escalating cases when necessary. Job Duties and Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, networks, and peripherals. Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and mobile devices (Android and iOS). Manage users and groups in Active Directory. Document incidents and solutions using ticketing/Service Desk tools. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or external vendors. Support IT infrastructure and technology upgrade projects. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices. Provide basic guidance and training to users on effective use of IT tools. Education and Experience Education: Minimum Associate Degree (or equivalent technical studies, such as TSU) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Experience: 1–2 years in IT support, help desk, or similar roles. Driver's License Technical Skills: Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, basic SharePoint). Active Directory (user and group management). Basic networking (TCP/IP, WiFi, network printers). Ticketing or Service Desk tools. Languages Intermediate English (technical reading and case escalation).
