Multiplica Talent is looking for you: We are a human resources consultant specialized in digital talent.
Her/his core responsibility will be planning and executing initiatives across different marketing channels including but not limited to Product, Google Adwords, Bing search, Facebook and What's app. This entails pre-campaign planning, campaign management and execution, optimization, and regular reporting with analysis
  • Guide the growth marketing strategy, always anticipating unit economics and
new opportunities for growth.
  • Lead, test and optimize marketing acquisition tactics to exceed monthly targets
with an eye towards cost-efficient growth and improving LTV.
  • Develop media planning and execution across all of Coru's byproducts including
(but not limited to) social, search, display, affiliates, email, whatsapp and sms.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the
insights
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Development/Ops/Product/etc.) to ensure that revenue and profit targets are
always exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team by becoming the prime brand ambassador

IDEAL CANDIDATE

· years of excellent track record in Marketing or Growth, with at least two successfully working in a scale-up operation with outstanding growth.

· Organized and methodical in approach to campaign management.

· Energized by solving problems and finding opportunities to make campaigns

·      successful. 

· Highly analytical and problem-solving oriented.

-Ability to work individually in a fast paced and high pressure environment,

·      delivering results accurately and timely.

-      Experience with ESP's such as Salesforce, Hubspot or similar.
