Pro Psychological Analysis (PPA) provides trauma-informed psychological evaluations that U.S. immigration law firms rely on to strengthen humanitarian visa cases and reduce RFEs. We currently complete 200+ evaluations per month and are scaling to 1,000+. This role is directly tied to that growth.

We are hiring a Senior SDR/BDR who excels at outbound, communicates professionally, and builds relationships with U.S. attorneys and law firm decision-makers. If you know how to own a pipeline, run cadences, and speak consultatively, you will excel here.

And this role is for the SDR/BDR who wants it ALL.

What You Will Do

1. Outbound Prospecting (Core Function)

  • Build and manage outbound pipelines
  • Use Sales Navigator daily
  • Identify U.S. immigration law firms
  • Send professional, well-crafted cold outreach
  • Follow structured cadences and maintain CRM discipline
  • Hit weekly/monthly KPI targets
  • Book intro meetings with decision-makers

2. Intro & Consultative Calls

  • Speak with attorneys, firm owners, and legal support teams
  • Run clear, structured intro calls
  • Understand their workflow and pain points
  • Explain why psychological evaluations matter
  • Position PPA as their long-term partner
  • Move them smoothly into onboarding

3. Grow Partner Accounts (Recurring Revenue)

  • Maintain ongoing communication
  • Support consistent monthly case submissions
  • Strengthen retention
  • Grow your partner list month after month
  • Increase your recurring commissions as your portfolio expands

4. Keep Our Marketing Agency Aligned

  • Ensure messaging is accurate and consistent
  • Hold the agency accountable to deadlines and quality
  • Share insights from attorney conversations
  • Align marketing output with outbound efforts

5. Learn Our Niche (We Train You)

You don't need experience in psychology or immigration — you do need to learn fast. We will teach you how evaluations support attorneys and reduce RFEs, and how to communicate our value clearly.

Who You Are

  • 2–6+ years in SDR, BDR, Outbound AE, or B2B prospecting
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Experience booking meetings through outbound
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • KPI-driven, persistent, organized, and self-directed
  • Based in Mexico City (or willing to be)
  • Comfortable with hybrid work after initial training
  • SaaS/tech outbound experience is a strong plus

Compensation

Base Salary:
 30,000 MXN/month

Recurring Commissions — Major Upside

You earn 2.5% recurring on every evaluation your partner firms submit.

Evaluations average $1,000 USD.

For example:

  • 50 evals/month → ~$1,250 USD/month
  • 100 evals/month → ~$2,500 USD/month
  • 200 evals/month → ~$5,000 USD/month
  • 300–500 evals/month → life-changing income

Your book of business compounds every month.

Optional Draw (first 2 months)

For strong candidates, a temporary draw during ramp-up can be negotiated.
