ABOUT THE ROLE

Pro Psychological Analysis (PPA) provides trauma-informed psychological evaluations for humanitarian visa cases across the United States. We serve immigration law firms nationwide with fast, accurate clinical reports that strengthen cases and reduce RFEs.

We're scaling aggressively — moving from 200+ evaluations per month to 1,000+ monthly over the next 12–18 months — and we're hiring a Senior Business Development & Digital Growth Specialist who can execute, not just strategize.

This is a senior role, but NOT a cushy corporate strategy job. It is hands-on, execution-heavy, outbound-heavy, and high-growth.

  6. Follow up relentlessly

  9. Digital Marketing & Funnel Execution

  10. Build and optimize Meta + LinkedIn campaigns

  11. Set up funnels & retargeting flows

  12. Write persuasive copy & outreach messaging

  14. Track metrics

  15. Support inbound with strong digital acquisition

COMPENSATION

Base Salary: 30,000 MXN/month

60-Day Launch Draw: 50,000 MXN/month

Commission: 2.5% recurring on evaluations from firms you sign

(Each Evaluation costs approx $1000)
