Job description:
Employee onboarding and offboarding (building access cards, parking spaces, fixed asset management).
Organizing monthly afternoon tea for pregnant employees, "Happy Friday" events, and Mexican cultural festival activities.
Procurement of office supplies.
Making official payments for Mexican office expenses (related to the office).
Coordinating with suppliers for the Mexican office's needs and procurement.
Handling reimbursement for local Mexican employees.
Requirements:
Responsible, at least two years of administrative experience, proactive, strong communication skills, outgoing personality.
Fluent in English.
