We are a U.S. immigration law firm based in Manhattan, New York City seeking an experienced bilingual professional like you to join our dynamic team
Position: Bilingual Spanish/English Immigration Paralegal - Remote position
Experience: Minimum 3 years in managing, handling and preparing employment-based petitions and visas, as well as other immigration cases.
Location: Remote. This is a work-from-home position, with periodic in-person meetings at our new Phoenix office location.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting attorneys with case preparation, using case management system including gathering documentation, completing forms, and conducting legal research.
- Communicating with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, petitions, and correspondence.
- Maintaining organized case files and documentation.
- Communicating with the firm's corporate clients and prospective clients by phone and email
Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish and English (written and verbal) is essential.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an immigration paralegal, with a focus on employment-based cases.
- Strong understanding of U.S. immigration law and procedure, and employment-based immigration cases.
- Preferably U.S. visa.
- Maintain case files and update case management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent telephone personality
