We are seeking a
Validation Engineer I (Presentation Specialist)
with advanced PowerPoint expertise and a strong understanding of manufacturing workflows within the medical device industry. The ideal candidate will transform complex technical and operational information into clear, visually engaging presentations for diverse audiences. This is a remote position, ideal for a self-directed professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Develop, edit, and adapt PowerPoint presentations in English to support manufacturing, engineering, and management teams.
  • Translate complex manufacturing data and processes into visually structured, easy-to-understand formats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, operations, PMO) to gather and organize content.
  • Ensure consistency in visual standards, formatting, and messaging across all presentations.
  • Create clear visuals, charts, and diagrams to represent workflows, KPIs, and project updates.
  • Maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple deliverables with tight deadlines.
  • Provide proactive updates and follow-up to ensure project milestones are met.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or medical device environment.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills
    (visual storytelling, slide master, animations, formatting, templates).
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing workflows, process documentation, and data visualization.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
  • Intermediate to upper-intermediate English level (written and spoken).
  • Availability to work remotely

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in medical device manufacturing or other highly regulated industries (FDA, ISO 13485, GMP).
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience creating technical or executive-level presentations.
