Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Carrier Sales Representative based in Guadalajara, JAL. The Carrier Sales Representative will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding new carriers, maintaining relationships with existing carriers, negotiating freight rates, and ensuring timely and efficient shipping solutions. The role involves regular collaboration with internal teams to meet client demands.

Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation skills, relationship-building expertise, and the ability to maintain carrier partnerships
  • Proficiency in freight brokerage operations and knowledge of transportation market trends
  • Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle time-sensitive situations effectively
  • Proficiency in logistics-related software and tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and team collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Guadalajara, JAL
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in transportation, carrier operations, or logistics is a strong advantage
