Performance Manager
que combine pensamiento estratégico con ejecución impecable, para liderar la coordinación de proyectos de performance y garantizar que cada campaña y cliente alcancen sus objetivos. Lo Que Harás
Gestión y coordinación de proyectos:
- Supervisar la ejecución de campañas y proyectos de performance, asegurando entregables de calidad y cumplimiento de tiempos.
Comunicación con clientes y equipos:
- Traducir las necesidades del cliente en briefs claros y accionables para los equipos internos, manteniendo una comunicación fluida y efectiva.
Supervisión operativa:
- Dar seguimiento a tickets, reportes y tareas en herramientas como Asana, asegurando trazabilidad y priorización adecuada.
Análisis y reporting:
- Revisar métricas clave de performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversiones, etc.) y colaborar con el equipo para generar insights y oportunidades de mejora.
Optimización de procesos:
- Identificar oportunidades de eficiencia, automatización y estandarización de workflows entre áreas.
Colaboración interdisciplinaria:
- Trabajar de la mano con equipos de Paid Media, Diseño, Inbound y Web para asegurar que las estrategias están alineadas con los objetivos comerciales.
Seguimiento comercial y estratégico:
- Acompañar al equipo de cuentas y dirección en presentaciones de resultados, revisiones mensuales y propuestas de optimización.
Lo Que Necesitas Para Triunfar
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en agencias de marketing digital, en roles de Project Manager, Account Manager o Team Leader.
- Conocimiento funcional de Paid Media (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads), Inbound Marketing y Web Comercial.
- Dominio de herramientas como Asana, Slack, GA4, Looker Studio y Sheets/Excel.
- Habilidades analíticas para interpretar métricas y tomar decisiones basadas en datos.
- Capacidad de organización y liderazgo para manejar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
- Adaptabilidad ante cambios, procesos y clientes diversos.
- Mentalidad orientada a resultados y mejora continua.
- Residencia en el área metropolitana de Monterrey.
