Actividades:
- Revisar y dar mantenimiento a la cartera de pedidos, dando puntal seguimiento y cierre a las órdenes de compra.
Dar soporte al equipo de analistas de CS y áreas internas
Cumplir con las métricas establecidas por la empresa. Elaborar los reportes de funciones y de incidencias de la semana
Registrar las quejas de los clientes. Solucionar las quejas de los clientes. Dar seguimiento a las quejas no resueltas
Formación Académica:
- Administración de Empresas, Ing. Industrial, Relaciones Comerciales (Carrera Técnica o Profesional)
Conocimientos:
- Manejo de SAP
- Excel intermedio
