Job Description

Actividades:

  • Revisar y dar mantenimiento a la cartera de pedidos, dando puntal seguimiento y cierre a las órdenes de compra.
  • Dar soporte al equipo de analistas de CS y áreas internas

  • Cumplir con las métricas establecidas por la empresa.  Elaborar los reportes de funciones y de incidencias de la semana

  • Registrar las quejas de los clientes. Solucionar las quejas de los clientes.  Dar seguimiento a las quejas no resueltas

Formación Académica:

  • Administración de Empresas, Ing. Industrial, Relaciones Comerciales (Carrera Técnica o Profesional)

Conocimientos:

  • Manejo de SAP
  • Excel intermedio
