This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Front End Engineer Specialist in Mexico. In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of modern, user-centric web interfaces that power a global, distributed platform. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable front-end solutions that directly impact users worldwide. The position offers a high level of ownership, encouraging proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement. Operating in a fully remote and asynchronous environment, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while collaborating with an international team. This is an opportunity to apply strong technical expertise while helping shape intuitive digital experiences at scale. Accountabilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements and designs into intuitive user interfaces.
  • Ensure code quality, performance, accessibility, and scalability across web applications.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to front-end best practices and standards.
  • Continuously improve user experience through iteration, testing, and feedback.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize front-end components in a production environment.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, asynchronous engineering culture focused on ownership and impact.
RequirementsProven experience as a Front End Engineer, building and maintaining complex web applications.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with deep experience in modern frameworks such as React or similar.Solid understanding of front-end architecture, performance optimization, and responsive design principles.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a product-driven environment.Familiarity with APIs, version control systems, and modern development workflows.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, asynchronous setup.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
