Analista Estratégico / Growth Analyst

En Bravo buscamos a una/un recién egresado

que disfrute entender qué mueve el crecimiento de un negocio y usar los datos para hacerlo pasar. Alguien que entienda el marketing desde los datos, no desde el discurso.

Este no es un rol para solo "sacar reportes". Es para alguien que quiera leer el negocio completo, cuestionar resultados, encontrar patrones y ayudar a que marketing, ventas y producto tomen mejores decisiones.

¿Cuál es el reto?

Ser la persona que convierte información compleja en insights claros y accionables para acelerar el crecimiento de nuestras marcas.

Tu trabajo va a impactar directamente en:

  • Cómo adquirimos clientes
  • Qué estrategias de marketing escalan
  • Dónde se pierden oportunidades
  • Qué procesos funcionan… y cuáles no

¿Qué vas a hacer en el día a día?

  • Analizar el desempeño de nuestras estrategias de marketing y crecimiento.
  • Detectar oportunidades, ineficiencias y tendencias en el comportamiento de usuarios y leads.
  • Medir el impacto de experimentos, pruebas y cambios en marketing y producto.
  • Traducir datos en recomendaciones claras para la toma de decisiones.
  • Construir reportes y análisis que realmente se usen (no slides que nadie vuelve a abrir).
  • Trabajar muy de cerca con:
  • Marketing, para optimizar estrategias.
  • Ventas, para entender la eficiencia comercial.
  • Producto, para evaluar procesos y automatizaciones.

  • Perfil Jr con mente analítica, curiosa y estructurada.
  • Que le guste entender cómo funciona el negocio, no solo los números.
  • Que se sienta cómodo/a conectando datos con decisiones reales.
  • No necesitas muchos años de experiencia, sí criterio, lógica y ganas de aprender.

Lo que valoramos

  • Manejo de datos (SQL).
  • Excel intermedio–avanzado.
  • Interés y conocimiento en marketing digital y growth.
  • Capacidad para comunicar insights de forma clara.
  • Python y herramientas analíticas son un plus.

  • Sueldo fijo: $27,000
  • Bono mensual: $5,000 atado a resultados
