Engineer Automotive Quality - Customer Service
We are looking for a highly experienced professional in Quality customer service, with a proven track record working with major clients such TESLA.
Mata automotive is a leading full service supplier of interior and exterior decorative components in real premium materials for the global automotive industry.
Requirements:

Have worked with TESLA portals for at least the last 3 years.
Fluent English (C1 level) – essential for this role.
- Training in IATF and Core Tools is required.
- VDA training is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years as a Quality Engineer.
- Education: Engineering or related degree desirable with focus on quality and process improvement.
- Quality tools: Master basic measuring equipment such as ohmmeters, vernier, micrometer, and rulers. 8D's (common methodology to solve problems and prevent recurrence).
- Experience in PPAPs.
- Generation of customer reports, use of customer portals and process documentation (TESLA).
- Detect problems and recommend actions: Strong focus on identifying and solving problems in a timely manner.
- Data analysis: Important to make decisions based on objective information.
- First Article Inspection, Final Inspection before shipment, line releases, defect catalogs.
