Bilingual Medical VA with Scribe Experience

Client: US Medical Practice Focus: Telemedicine & Patient Care

Work Setup: 100% Remote (Work From Home)

Compensation: $7/hour (Weekly Payouts)

About the Role

We are looking for a Bilingual Virtual Assistant (English + Spanish) to support a US-based medical practice that frequently conducts telemedicine. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and experienced in medical scribing and administrative support. You will play a vital role in live scribing during telehealth sessions, chart preparation, and administrative coordination, ensuring seamless patient care and clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide live scribing support during telemedicine visits.
  • Enter lab orders and medications as instructed by the provider.
  • Prepare charts and update patient notes in TERA EMR.

Responsibilities for Coverage

  • Cover phone lines when staff are on leave using RingCentral.
  • Handle inbound calls, route faxes, and transfer calls as needed.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks to support clinic operations.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required, as half of patients are Spanish-speaking).
  • Must be an iPhone user (for iMessage group threads and shared Notes workflow).
  • Prior experience with scribing or charting tasks in a medical setting.
  • Willingness to wear multiple hats and adapt to different responsibilities.
  • Strong internet connection, backup device, backup power, and VPN use (GoLean standard).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in TERA EMR.
  • Supported Endocrinology practice

This is a part-time role (30 hours per week, Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST) - with high possibility of going fulltime as the partnership progresses.You will be an integral part of the provider's telemedicine workflow, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth communication, and reliable coverage for the clinic.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $127.69 per hour
