Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Assistant to support the Sales and Marketing department in daily operations, content management, and administrative coordination. This role will assist in maintaining multiple websites, coordinating marketing materials, scheduling photoshoots, and supporting sales initiatives. The ideal candidate has a marketing or communications background, strong organizational skills, and a hands-on approach to supporting multiple ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in updating and maintaining 10+ company websites through WordPress (basic content management, text/image updates, link checks, etc.).
  • Create and edit simple visual materials in Canva or similar tools for digital and print use (flyers, social media posts, presentations).
  • Support sales reporting by entering and organizing data in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Coordinate logistics for marketing activities such as photoshoots, events, or promotional campaigns.
  • Process and track marketing-related orders, promotional materials, and vendor requests.
  • Maintain internal files, image libraries, and marketing collateral inventory.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across materials and platforms.
  • Support administrative tasks related to the Sales and Marketing department.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing

  • knowledge of WordPress for website content updates.
  • Experience with Canva or similar design tools
  • PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and presentations.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience coordinating vendors or external partners (photographers, printers, etc.).
  • Familiarity with social media management or scheduling tools.
  • Interest in growing within a marketing or sales-focused career path.
