Responsabilidades
  • Coordinar y supervisar la recepción de materiales, herramientas y equipos.
  • Verificar que el material recibido coincida con órdenes de compra, documentación y especificaciones.
  • Registrar oportunamente las entradas de material en el sistema ERP.
  • Controlar y mantener actualizados los inventarios del área de recibo.
  • Coordinar y supervisar al personal de recibo y almacén.
  • Asegurar el correcto acomodo, identificación y resguardo de materiales.
  • Realizar y supervisar inventarios físicos y conteos cíclicos.
  • Reportar discrepancias, daños o faltantes a las áreas correspondientes.
  • Capacitar al personal bajo su cargo en procesos y normas de seguridad.
  • Controlar la asistencia del personal y asegurar la continuidad operativa.
  • Mantener el área de trabajo limpia, ordenada y segura.
  • Cumplir y asegurar el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad, higiene y CTPAT/OEA aplicables.
  • Atender a clientes internos en requerimientos relacionados con recibo e inventarios.
  • Reportar actividades y resultados al Superintendente de Almacenes.
  • Asegurar la integridad, trazabilidad y seguridad de los inventarios bajo su responsabilidad.
Requisitos
  • Licenciatura / Ingeniería, carrera técnica o profesional trunca en áreas afines.
  • Experiencia en recibo de materiales y control de inventarios.
  • Inglés básico-intermedio (deseable).
  • Manejo de paquetería Office.
  • Manejo de ERP (AX preferentemente).
  • Manejo de personal operativo.
  • Conocimiento en control de almacenes y procesos de recibo.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en almacenes de materia prima o insumos.
