We are seeking a strategic and business-oriented Legal & Regulatory Senior Analyst to serve as a key legal partner to our Financial Services team in Mexico. This role will be responsible for advising on complex regulatory matters, supporting DiDi's financial services growth, and ensuring compliance with applicable legal frameworks. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, local leaderships, and external counsel to structure and execute high-impact financial services initiatives. You will be based in Mexico City and will report to the Legal & Regulatory Senior Manager.

• Acting as a regulatory and legal advisor to DiDi's Financial Services team in Mexico, aligning legal strategy with business goals.
•      Providing practical and data-driven oriented advice on regulatory matters affecting payments, credit, and other financial services;
•     Leading the preparation, review, and negotiations of a broad range of legal documents, including, financing agreements, service contracts, and strategic partnerships, where DiDi may act as issuer, partner, service provider or recipient.
•      Oversee regulatory filings and ensure compliance with reporting obligations related to financial services.
•      Coordinating and supervise external legal counsel, ensuring cost-effective and high quality legal support.
•      Preparing and submitting regulatory reports and fulfilling authority requirements.

• year of legal and regulatory experience in Banking & Finance Law.
•      Background working in law firms and/or Fintech is a strong plus.
•      In-depth knowledge of financial regulation in Mexico, including familiarity with CNBV, CONDUSEF, Central Bank, UIF standards.
•      Solid background in anti-money laundering regulatory frameworks is desirable.
•      Law degree from a reputable Mexican university with strong academic credentials.
•      Excellent business and legal judgment, with a strategic and pragmatic mindset.
•      Ability to communicate effectively in culturally diverse, fast-paced, and change-oriented environment.
•      Strong interpersonal and influencing skill; capable of collaborating with high-performance cross-functional teams and senior leaderships.
•      Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive attitude: resilient, adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of delivering under pressure.
•      Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Portuguese and/or Chinese is a plus
