Legal Sr Analyst enfocado en Monetization

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

  • Analizar legislación aplicable, políticas públicas, políticas internas, buenas prácticas, así como iniciativas legislativas, sanciones y criterios regulatorios de industrias reguladas (tabaco, apuestas, métodos de pago, medicamentos, alcohol, entre otras), con el fin de aprobar, ajustar o mitigar campañas e iniciativas, asegurando su ejecución conforme a regulación y minimizando riesgos legales, reputacionales y regulatorios.
  • Automatizar y eficientizar procesos del área, incluyendo revisión de artes, elaboración y validación de términos y condiciones, atención a consumidores inconformes, gestión de NDAs, altas de proveedores y revisión de Órdenes de Compra.
  • Analizar y negociar contratos con patrocinadores, agencias de publicidad y otros acuerdos relevantes.
  • Brindar acompañamiento estratégico al área mediante reuniones de planeación por periodo, orientando al negocio sobre la correcta estructuración y ejecución de campañas.

Competencias:
  • 1–3 años de experiencia en áreas legales corporativas, publicidad, consumo, retail o empresas tecnológicas.
  • Experiencia en revisión de campañas (propiedad intelectual), contratos comerciales, privacidad de datos y cumplimiento regulatorio.
  • Conocimiento en protección al consumidor, propiedad intelectual, publicidad restringida, privacidad de datos y regulación de industrias sensibles.
  • Habilidad para identificar riesgos y proponer alternativas operables.
  • Manejo de herramientas de automatización, plataformas de flujos de aprobación o sistemas internos (Jira, Kissflow, Zoho, etc.).
