About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant to lead and support the implementation, optimization, and management of SAP S/4HANA Finance systems. This role focuses on financial and accounting processes and requires a deep understanding of client needs to design customized solutions and ensure successful system adoption.

Essential Job Functions

• Lead full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, including configuration and integration into client IT environments
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, identify gaps, and develop tailored SAP solutions
• Configure SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, including Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and Asset Accounting
• Map business requirements to SAP functionality and document functional specifications
• Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Support data migration, including financial master data and legacy data uploads
• Prepare Business Process Procedures (BPPs), conduct user training, and provide post-implementation support
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on SAP experience
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (FI, CO, Asset Accounting)
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes
• Experience in SAP configuration and customization

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams
• Experience with project management and implementation methodologies
