Our client is a German global leader in high-precision engineering solutions for the electronics manufacturing industry, with more than three decades of innovation in thermal technologies used by major international OEMs and EMS providers. Their operation in Mexico is growing rapidly, expanding its commercial presence, infrastructure, and long-term strategic footprint.
We are seeking a
National Sales Manager
with strong technical sales expertise, strategic vision, and the ability to drive commercial expansion across the country.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute the national commercial strategy to position high-value technology solutions within the electronic manufacturing sector.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical visits, demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.
- Identify and open new strategic accounts while strengthening relationships with key customers in EMS, automotive, aerospace, and electronics.
- Coordinate with regional representatives, distributors, and technical teams to ensure a consultative and solution-oriented sales approach.
- Present forecasts, market analyses, and commercial reports directly to global leadership.
- Travel frequently to manufacturing plants across Mexico and attend international industry events and trainings.
What You Need to Succeed
- Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering Degree is preferred
- Solid experience
in technical industrial sales,
SMT
, automation, or specialized machinery. - Proven track record in territory development, new business generation, and management of strategic accounts.
- Advanced English
to interact with global teams and present technical insights clearly. - Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to translate complex technology into customer value.
- High autonomy, commercial discipline, and excellent follow-through.
- Availability for frequent national travel
and occasional international trips.
