ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Description

Key Activities/ Deliverables:

– Preparation and supervision of shareholders' meeting, powers of attorney, capital increases and reductions, m&A, and spin-offs and all corporate issues related to companies of the Kraft Heinz Group in Mexico (, including corporate consultancy issues and support to the Global team in matters related to Brazilian companies.

– Advising on legal and regulatory matters impacting legal compliance (labor, comercial, etc).

  • Ensuring company's compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and standar legal practices, maintaining high standars of corporate governance.

  • Drafting and managing commercial contracts to ensure corporate protection.

  • Identify relevant legal risk for to BU and determine the optimal course of action.

– Analyze, prepare and negotiate Financial, Tax and Commercial Contracts.

– Supervise law firms hired for Corporate and Contracts matters.

Experiences/ Education:

Bachelor's degree in law

Post-Graduation in Corporate Law

Solid background with corporate law and M&A
