About The Role
As a
Territory Manager
based in
San Luis Potosí
, you'll expand Hill's business across your assigned territory—covering
San Luis Potosí and Aguascalientes
—by increasing sales, distribution, market share and Brand Recommended Most Often (BRMO). You will achieve this by effectively managing and cultivating relationships with key customers—veterinary clinics and specialty pet retail stores—to ensure Hill's is recognized as their strategic partner of choice and to gain their full support for our growth initiatives.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage a customer base of veterinary clinics and hospitals, and pet stores
  • Ensure excellent coverage and 6Ps execution, to grow net sales, drive volume, Brand Recommended Most Often (BRMO) and market share
  • Promote and merchandise Hill's products and services. Implement the "Perfect Clinic / Store" program where applicable
  • Educate customers through detailing and in-clinic seminars on the outstanding economic and nutritional value of Hill's pet diets and products
  • Contribute to pets' well-being by driving endorsement of our products
  • Develop creative customer specific strategies and joint plans to get results, based on Customer Analysis
  • Leverage Hill's commercial and professional programs to drive product experience, awareness of outstanding formulation and taste to generate professional endorsement, and improve sales and market share in the clinic.
  • Rollout new product launches and detail products to clinic staff leading to increased in-store presence and market leadership for all products
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 1 year of sales experience or managing clients
  • At least 1 year of experience in field operations or visiting clients
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Intermediate English
  • Active driver's license
  • Availability to travel to Aguascalientes and Zacatecas

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine or related fields
  • Previous sales experience in Animal Health
  • Aim to grow and build a territory and a passion for pets
