Job Title: Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (Single-Family Acquisitions & Dispositions)

Contract Type: Full-Time | Remote

Working Schedule: US Hours

About Pavago

Pavago is hiring on behalf of its client, an investment-focused real estate platform specializing in the acquisition, renovation, and long-term rental of single-family homes.

Pavago's client operates a disciplined, deadline-driven transaction process, acquiring properties below market value through off-market channels, strategic partnerships, and strong underwriting practices. This role is critical to ensuring transactions move from contract to close cleanly, on time, and without surprises.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, manage, and execute purchase and sale agreements for acquisitions and dispositions
  • Own and track transaction timelines, contingencies, milestones, and closing deliverables
  • Coordinate inspections and property access to ensure on-time completion
  • Manage title and closing processes, including lien resolution, curative follow-ups, and ownership transfers
  • Communicate daily with sellers, buyers, agents, title companies, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate transaction documentation and status reporting in internal systems
  • Proactively identify risks and delays, escalating issues early and driving them to resolution
  • Manage 30–50 active transaction files simultaneously

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator handling single-family purchase and sale transactions from contract to close
  • Wholesale real estate transaction experience
  • High comfort level with daily phone communication
  • Strong working knowledge of:
    • Gmail
    • Google Sheets
    • Google Calendar (required)
    • HelloSign / Dropbox Sign / e-sign tools
  • Willingness and ability to work inside a CRM daily (Salesforce preferred)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and deadline ownership
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage high transaction volume in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working with investment-focused or wholesale real estate teams
  • Familiarity with standardized SOP-driven transaction workflows

What does a Typical Day-to Day Looks Like:

  • Reviewing transaction pipelines and upcoming deadlines
  • Calling sellers, buyers, agents, and title companies to move files forward
  • Coordinating inspections, access, and documentation
  • Following up on title issues, liens, and missing items
  • Updating CRM and transaction trackers in real time
  • Escalating risks early to prevent closing delays

  2. Client Interview: Scenario-based discussion with Pavago's client on contract-to-close execution
