About The Opportunity
As our Recruiter / HR Generalist, you will play a key role in attracting, hiring, and supporting top talent across our operations in Mexico. Your main focus will be recruitment and talent acquisition, but you'll also contribute to broader HR initiatives, including engagement, performance, and compensation, during quieter hiring periods.
You'll partner closely with local leaders and global teams, ensuring we bring the right people onboard while fostering a great workplace culture that reflects FCTG's values.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles, from job design and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding with the oversight of the HR Leader.
- Partner with hiring managers and regional/global teams to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
- Source and attract top candidates through innovative channels, including social media, professional networks, and university partnerships to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Manage and nurture relationships with internal hiring managers and external recruitment agencies and talent partners.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, retention, candidate quality) to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Own the candidate experience from application to onboarding
- Act as a brand ambassador for FCTG, promoting an engaging and consistent candidate experience that reflects our culture and values.
HR Partnership and Support
- Support managers and employees by providing guidance on HR policies, best practices, and compliance with Mexican labor laws with the oversight of the HR Leadership
- Collaborate on compensation reviews, job evaluations, and market benchmarking.
- Contribute to HR projects such as engagement programs, wellbeing initiatives, and performance processes.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and insights to inform decision-making.
- Serve as a trusted partner to local and global teams, promoting FCTG's values and culture.

Experience & Qualification
Who You Are
- A relationship builder who loves connecting people with purpose.
- Experienced in recruitment and HR (3+ years), ideally in a fast-paced or multinational environment.
- Knowledgeable in compensation, performance, and HR operations.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Confident working with data and familiar with ATS/HRIS platforms (Workday experience a plus).
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable - able to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Proven track record managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor legislation and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities
- A collaborative, hands-on attitude and a genuine passion for people and results.
