The CI Team Lead plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of process engineering / industrial engineering, manufacturing services, facilitating efficient operations across the organization.

The CI Team Lead plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of process engineering / industrial engineering, manufacturing services, facilitating efficient operations across the organization.

Position Summary:

Reporting to our Manufacturing Engineering &CI Manager, you will ensure Rockwell Operational Excellence (ROX) initiative through analysis and strategic planning. Develop the culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Main responsibilities:

1. Reach productivity goals through projects development and management focused on actual priorities.

2. Provide strategy for the site and promote creation and tracking Indicators.

3. Lead on Continuous Improvement, Connected Enterprise and FTPC.

4. Manage the Ideas System and deploy communication for spreading the culture.

5. Support Leader and individuals of HPTs. Work on the projects for monthly deliverables.

6. Define and set clear goals for tracking progress con CI.

7. Coordinate and communicate the recognition system and keep nurturing to grow and development.

8. Cultural and for promoting Kaizens, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and strategies oriented to Operational Excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Requires at least 5 years of experiencie in continues improvement area.
2. Lean knowledge (Green Belt Certified).
3. Industrial Engineering degree or a related engineering discipline.

• Experience providing Lean training in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Coach.
• Advanced English.
• Peers and lead teams.
• SAP experience.
• Demonstrated experiencie and project management skills.
