El Representante Senior desarrolla y amplía las relaciones con los clientes para comprender plenamente sus necesidades y deseos, y brinda orientación y asesoría a los Representantes de Servicio al Cliente con menos experiencia.

Funciones Del Puesto

  • Procesar pedidos de clientes recibidos por teléfono, fax, correo electrónico, métodos electrónicos o venta en mostrador.
  • Influir en la utilidad bruta de Motion Industries mediante la negociación del precio de venta y el precio de compra, dentro de ciertos parámetros.
  • Ajustar precios a clientes (sin contrato) para satisfacer las demandas del mercado en función de la competencia, a la vez que se maximiza la ganancia para Motion Industries.
  • Fomentar la lealtad del cliente para impulsar la repetición de negocios, estableciendo una buena relación e impulsando mejoras en los procesos.
  • Ordenar artículos para asegurar que se mantengan los niveles de inventario adecuados para los clientes.
  • Puede generar órdenes de compra sin aprobación hasta por $5,000 USD por línea y hasta por $10,000 USD por orden de compra.
  • Agilizar los pedidos pendientes. Puede extraer el inventario y preparar el pedido para su envío al cliente.
  • Responsable de la búsqueda de productos en el inventario de la sucursal, el centro de distribución o el inventario del proveedor.
  • Determinar el método de envío más rentable para los pedidos del cliente.
  • Puede manejar las devoluciones de clientes.
  • Puede ser asignado a un solo cliente.
  • Brindar coaching, orientación y dirección a los Representantes de Servicio al Cliente con menos experiencia.
  • Asistir a los Representantes de Servicio al Cliente menos experimentados en la atención de las necesidades de los clientes, incluyendo la localización de artículos y la resolución de problemas.
  • Puede ser responsable de la calidad y/o seguridad en la sucursal.
  • Realizar otras tareas que le sean asignadas.
  • Responder a consultas complejas de clientes sobre productos, proporcionar cotizaciones y gestionar la entrada de pedidos.

Educación y Experiencia

  • Se requiere una licenciatura y de cuatro (4) + años de experiencia relacionada.
  • Bilingüe: español/inglés. Nivel de inglés avanzado (capacidad para comunicarse de forma fluida en conversaciones técnicas).

Conocimientos, Habilidades y Aptitudes

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, incluyendo la expresión escrita, verbal y la escucha activa.
  • Capacidad de realizar múltiples tareas y habilidades de gestión del tiempo requeridas.
  • Excelentes habilidades computacionales (manejo de software de oficina y sistemas).
  • Habilidades de relaciones con el cliente que incluyen, entre otras, escucha activa, presentación, fuerte pensamiento crítico y resolución de problemas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de negociación.
  • Fuerte conocimiento del producto.
