About the Role:
Law Office of Grace Garcia, PLLC, is seeking a dedicated and professional Virtual Receptionist who is fluent in both Spanish and English. The position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage scheduling and administrative tasks in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to inquiries received through phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Schedule appointments for consultations and manage the firm's calendar efficiently.
- Handle incoming client inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Provide basic information about the firm's services, ensuring compliance with provided guidelines.
- Monitor and follow up on leads generated from social media, scheduling appointments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
- Review evidence.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or as a receptionist is preferred.
- Technology: Proficient with scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, Google Calendar),
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking ability with high attention to detail.
- Availability: Able to work full-time.
- Remote Work Environment: Must have access to a quiet workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional headset for calls.
