About the role
Reporting to the Customer Service Coordinator, the Customer Service Executive is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and professional support to internal and external customers. This role plays a key part in order management, customer communication, and coordination with internal teams to ensure a smooth order-to-delivery process. This position is part of the Inside Sales / Commercial team, located in Naucalpan, Estado de México, and will be hybrid, 4 days onsite / 1 day remote. Working hours: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Target start date: Second week of February.
In this role, a typical day will look like
- Handling inbound calls from internal and external customers.
- Entering and managing customer orders through the company's ERP system.
- Reviewing, validating, and releasing held orders as required.
- Responding to customer inquiries related to pricing, product availability, shipping, and order status.
- Supporting customers in identifying product needs and providing basic product information.
- Maintaining accurate customer records, including billing, shipping, and contact information.
- Logging customer feedback and collaborating with internal teams to improve service quality.
- Identifying and proposing opportunistic upselling opportunities when appropriate.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes (order flow, delivery, coordination).
- Strong customer communication skills, including customer conversations and basic negotiation.
- Experience handling conflict resolution and problem-solving with customers.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience working with ERP systems (Oracle is a plus).

Reportando al Coordinador de Customer Service, el/la Ejecutivo/a de Customer Service es responsable de brindar soporte oportuno, preciso y profesional a clientes internos y externos. Este rol cumple una función clave en la gestión de pedidos, la comunicación con clientes y la coordinación con equipos internos para asegurar un proceso fluido desde la toma del pedido hasta la entrega.
Esta posición forma parte del equipo de Inside Sales / Comercial, está ubicada en Naucalpan, Estado de México, y se desarrolla bajo un esquema híbrido (4 días presenciales / 1 día remoto). Horarios de trabajo: 7:00 a.m. a 4:00 p.m.; 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.; 9:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m. Fecha estimada de ingreso: segunda semana de febrero.
En este rol, un día típico incluirá
- Atención de llamadas entrantes de clientes internos y externos.
- Ingreso y gestión de pedidos de clientes a través del sistema ERP de la compañía.
- Revisión, validación y liberación de pedidos retenidos, según corresponda.
- Respuesta a consultas de clientes relacionadas con precios, disponibilidad de productos, envíos y estado de pedidos.
- Asistencia a clientes en la identificación de necesidades de productos y provisión de información básica sobre los mismos.
- Mantenimiento preciso de los registros de clientes, incluyendo datos de facturación, envío y contacto.
- Registro de feedback de clientes y colaboración con equipos internos para mejorar la calidad del servicio.
- Identificación y propuesta de oportunidades de venta adicional cuando corresponda.
Requisitos esenciales del puesto
- Al menos 1 año de experiencia en atención al cliente.
- Conocimiento de procesos de supply chain (flujo de pedidos, entregas, coordinación).
- Sólidas habilidades de comunicación con clientes, incluyendo conversaciones comerciales y negociación básica.
- Experiencia en manejo de conflictos y resolución de problemas con clientes.
- Dominio de Excel y experiencia trabajando con sistemas ERP (Oracle es deseable).
