Location: Monterrey

Function: Digital & Technology

Sub Function: Digital & Technology - Operations

Type of Contract: Permanent

Lead and guide the work of technical staff; serve as a point of contact for the OpCo. Help determine the IT needs of the OpCo and implement computer systems to fulfill organizational requirements.

Experience & Profile

  • Bachelor or Master degree in information technology, computer science, or a related technology field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT management
  • Experience with or knowledge of programming languages, operating systems, current equipment and technologies, system performance monitoring, cloud and mobile solutions
  • Expertise in managing the implementation, configuration, and testing of solutions
  • Strong understanding of business and processes
  • Experience with define IT strategies and roadmaps
  • Proven experience in managing a team
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical processes to business stakeholders

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the IT team of an OpCo
  • Maintain essential IT operations, including management and monitoring of (vendors of) cloud and SAAS solutions in use
  • Monitor performance of IT systems and processes to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
  • Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes that conform to global guidelines
  • Analyze business requirements of IT throughout the OpCo
  • Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software
