Since 2013, Pinche Gringo Hospitality Group has been offering an authentic American cultural experience in Mexico City with its brands including Pinche Gringo BBQ, Pinche Gringo Sandwich Shop, Pinche Bar, Pinche Café, and Pinche Mezcal. We sell great brisket, but that's not all. We're known in the industry as innovative and cutting edge, providing world-class experience to our customers in several interesting verticals. We are looking for an innovative, passionate, strategic, and successful Marketing Manager focused on Partnerships and Sports to continue developing the strategy in both areas. With a focus on increasing the revenue and expanding the audience of PGHG. This position reports to the Commercial Director and will drive revenue strategies across our partnership support sports vertical and. This role calls for a strategic thinker who's equally comfortable crafting big-picture marketing plans and getting hands-on with execution. You'll collaborate across teams to bring our brand to life at every event, from big events like the Super Bowl, Thanksgiving, and 4
th
 of July to local watch parties. You will oversee driving sales in all our stores, develop strategies to drive profit in our private and public events, design new products and services to add to our offerings, build a growth plan, interface with our various partners to raise revenue, and manage a team to meet our ambitious sales targets. In this position, you will be a decision-maker who can make a direct impact on the future of the company.

Description

You'll be responsible for defining and executing a partnerships strategy that amplifies our brand presence and guest engagement. Working closely with our marketing and operations teams, you'll:

  • Identify and develop partnerships with brands, teams, leagues, athletes, and media organizations.
  • Activate our venues through immersive events — sports viewing parties, tournaments, and branded experiences that brings our community together.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns that connect our love of BBQ with American culture and sports.
  • Build long-term relationships that expand our network of collaborators and brand advocates.
  • Track performance, measure impact, and continuously evolve our strategy for maximum relevance and ROI.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in brand partnerships, or event marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field. Experience in hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven success building and managing sponsorships or experiential activations with large budgets.
  • Strong understanding of the US sports landscape — from football to baseball and everything else.
  • Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and creative teams.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to go in front of key leaders and sell our brand.
  • Conversational in both English and Spanish.
  • Availability to be available for occasional evenings, weekends, and event days.
  • Willingness to travel for partnerships, activations, or key sporting events.
  • Passion for sports, community experiences, and hospitality culture.
