Job Purpose

This position will be responsibility to manage and control the organization's resources through corporate guidelines that allow satisfying the requirements of customers, shareholders (profitability of the business, growth, image of the company by technology and quality), community, care for the environment, personnel, stability, and development, suppliers, support and development.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate direction, manufacturing, quality, engineering, to serve customers.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, ethical and financial standards defined by the local administration and Dana
  • Develop strategic and operational planning that results in actions to support the organization's results.
  • Administrate plant budget to support objectives.
  • Monitor inventory programs and ensure the development of standard processes and deployment of best practices for the organization.
  • Ensure the profitability of the business by complying with financial indicators.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement in processes.
  • Maintain and increase shareholders' equity.
