Role:  CRM Specialist (iGaming Experience)

As a CRM Specialist, you will be the engine of our player communication strategy. You will be responsible for executing targeted campaigns that engage, retain, and delight our players. You will work hands-on with our CRM platform to ensure the right message reaches the right player at the right time, directly contributing to player loyalty and company revenue.
This position requires experience in the iGaming sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Build, set up, test, and deploy daily CRM campaigns (emails, push notifications, in-app messages, SMS) using our CRM platform.
  • Player Segmentation: Utilize player data to create and manage dynamic segments based on behavior, preferences, and value to ensure highly personalized communication.
  • A/B Testing: Constantly test subject lines, content, creatives, and send times to optimize campaign performance and drive key metrics.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (KPIs: Open Rates, CTR, Conversion Rates, Deposit Amounts, Churn Reduction).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Design, and Compliance teams to ensure all communications are on-brand and adhere to regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing CRM campaigns in the iGaming or sportsbook  industry.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
  • Experience on iGaming
  • Professional proficiency in both
    English and Spanish
    .
