Job Description

We are a rapidly growing, premier moving company in California, seeking a highly organized and driven Sales Administrator to support our management and sales teams. This is a critical role for individuals looking to build a career, offering comprehensive training and a clear path for professional and financial growth.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. You will assist the Sales Manager in supporting large opportunities, recruiting and onboarding new sales team members, and generating reports to enhance team performance. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional ready to grow with our organization.

Previous experience in sales support, coordination, or a similar role is required. Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis is a plus.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Meetings & Huddles

  • Attend phone huddles
  • Attend onsite huddles
  • Cover huddles, leading when necessary (on rare occasions)
  • Attend 1:1 meetings with the Director of Sales / VP
  • Attend other related meetings
  • cover huddles, leading when necessary (on rare occasions)

Sales Support & Supervision

  • Supervising large and XL opportunities daily
  • Preparing and supervising online estimates
  • Managing lead response time
  • Managing Ring Central
  • Managing all Sales guidelines documents
  • Preparing estimates and accuracy reports

Operational & Administrative Tasks

  • On-site calendar management (including setup, adjustments, logistics, improvement, etc.)
  • Managing 3rd-party sales-related vendors
  • Managing follow-ups in some cases
  • Check SmartMoving messages twice a day for any items assigned to team members who are off that day
  • Other related duties as assigned

HR & Team Management

  • Assisting Sales Managers / Director of Sales / VP with hiring & training processes
  • Assisting with 1:1 preparations
  • Head hunting
  • Onboarding sales team members
  • Assisting in preparing/updating training materials

Job Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, energetic, organized, and reliable.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to independently address challenges and provide solutions.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM software (preferred).
  • Prior experience in sales coordination or a similar role required.
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace for remote work.
  • Reliable high-speed internet, a cell phone, and a fast laptop or computer.
  • Projected work hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM Pacific Time, with a 1.5-hour lunch, but the work days and schedule may vary.
  • Flexibility to cover additional hours occasionally is a plus.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: $700–$1,100 USD per month, plus performance-based bonuses during Assistant role; $1,000 - $2,500 USD per month in salary, commission and bonuses
