**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up on orders and check outs internally with our procurement team
- Process RFQs coming through the site and help our sales manager and customers success manager to quote through our existing seller platform
- Be the primary contact point for all internal back-end issues all the way from orders to user management

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years plus experience supporting online tools (preferably e-commerce site) with proven track record of success
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and otherwise (English and Spanish)
- Highly skilled on multitasking & with working with international teams through various online mediums
