Especialista de Planeación y compras

Esta posición es clave para asegurar un flujo estable de suministro, optimizar inventarios, mantener la precisión de datos maestros en SAP Business One y prevenir errores operativos.

Responsabilidades principales

Planeación de la Demanda y Suministro

  • Analizar pronósticos de ventas y coordinar niveles de inventario.
  • Definir y ajustar puntos de reorden y stock de seguridad.
  • Elaborar reportes mensuales de inventario.

Operación de Compras

  • Emitir órdenes de compra (PO) en SAP Business One.
  • Dar seguimiento a proveedores y gestionar fechas de entrega.
  • Mantener listas de precios y comunicar cambios relevantes.

Gestión de Datos Maestros en SAP B1

  • Registrar y actualizar datos maestros de materiales, proveedores, clientes y precios.
  • Asegurar coherencia entre procesos de compras, ventas e inventarios.
  • Analizar y corregir errores en datos maestros, implementando acciones preventivas.

Gestión de SOPs (Procedimientos Operativos)

  • Crear y actualizar SOPs de operaciones logísticas.
  • Estandarizar procesos de entrada y salida de mercancía.
  • Coordinar aprobaciones con el área de Calidad y generar materiales de capacitación.

Operaciones mensuales

  • Preparar reportes mensuales de inventario y actualizar pronósticos.
  • Revisar exactitud de datos maestros y listas de precios.
  • Apoyar análisis de costos logísticos y de compras.

Gestión Budget vs Actual

  • Analizar variaciones mensuales de costos en SAP B1.
  • Preparar reportes para gerencia y apoyar en la planeación anual.

Requisitos:

  • 3 a 4 años de experiencia en compras, planeación de demanda, control de inventarios o master data.
  • Lic. en Comercio internacional, administración o afin.
  • Inglés Avanzado
  • Manejo de Excel (VLOOKUP, tablas dinámicas).
  • Capacidad para coordinar con múltiples áreas.
  • Seguimiento disciplinado de procesos y tiempos.
  • Experiencia con ERP SAP Business One (SAP B1).

  • Comprensión de flujos de trabajo end-to-end.

Horario de trabajo: Lunes a Viernes de 08 am a 05:30 pm.
