Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Produce engaging content such as blog posts, videos, social media posts, and employee testimonials that highlight our company culture and values
  • Social Media Management: Manage and optimize our social media presence to engage with potential candidates and build a talent community
  • Employer Branding: Enhance and maintain our company's presence on employer review sites and job boards to attract top talent
  • Event Support: Assist in planning and coordinating recruitment events, career fairs, and webinars to connect with prospective candidates

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 6 months of experience in recruitment field or a related role
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms
  • Creative mindset with a passion for branding and storytelling
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience in employer branding and talent engagement strategies is a plus
