Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Manage and optimize our social media presence to engage with potential candidates and build a talent community.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance and maintain our company's presence on employer review sites and job boards to attract top talent.
  • Event Support: Assist in planning and coordinating recruitment events, career fairs, and webinars to connect with prospective candidates.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 6 months of experience in recruitment field or a related role.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for branding and storytelling.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience in employer branding and talent engagement strategies is a plus.
